as part of an assignment, we are to design a restaurant from the ground up.

this means………..we MUST incorporate all aspects such as buying property, equiptment, supplies, food, drinks, tables & all serve ware incl. kitchen prep ware and accessories, factor in labour costs, operating costs, forecast revenues & other costs etc. it is VERY exciting for me. I have a great team as well and that makes a big difference…….. my darling CC & Michael are great partners in this!

For our concept, we are thinking healthy, bright, airy……natural. Below is an idea I have for the menu. I like simple, clean and very Fresh…….. : )

FRESH is the name for our establishment, well……a possible name. I like how blunt it is and very “to the point…”

I created the below logo/menu front as an Idea, but we are still playing around..
